Clique Guidelines

By proceeding below, you signify that you have read, comprehended, and accepted the following guidelines. Kindly note that these rules may evolve without prior notice, and you are encouraged to revisit them periodically to remain aware of any updates. Should you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns, you are warmly invited to contact us at your convenience.

NOTICE: The rules below have been carefully curated by Aelyn and Cerine. Plagiarism is strictly forbidden: do not reproduce, reword, or rearrange these words or ideas and present them as your own. These guidelines are the product of deliberate thought and care, and their integrity must be respected.

  1. 1.

    Keep it clique-focused.
Please refrain from submitting fanlistings, web-archived sites, web rings, rotations and anything not related to cliques to this directory. Websites marked as hiatus or inactive are welcome, provided the site remains accessible and its primary content is still available. Sites with broken links, parked domains, or pages that no longer host the clique may be removed. If you are uncertain whether a site qualifies as a clique, you may consult the reference linked in this section for guidance. Furthermore, you are encouraged to submit cliques that are not your own—sharing discoveries is part of the joy of exploration. Should your site appear here and you wish for it to be removed, simply submit a request for removal.

  2. 2.

    Respectful and lawful content only.
This directory is for creative, personal, and community-focused cliques. Artistic and tasteful depictions of nudity are warmly welcomed. The following types of cliques may not be listed: sexually explicit material, harassment, promotion of violence, plagiarism or theft, impersonation, illegal or malicious activities, intrusive advertising, and hate or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, color, or national origin. Cliques whose primary purpose is political advocacy or activism, election campaigning, lobbying, or encouraging support for or opposition to a government, political party, public official, armed conflict, territorial dispute, or geopolitical cause are also not eligible for listing, regardless of viewpoint.

  3. 3.

Multiple cliques must be submitted separately.
If you run more than one clique under the same website or link, each clique must be submitted as its own separate entry. Please clearly state which specific clique you are submitting when you send in your form. Each clique is reviewed and listed individually, even when hosted on the same website. For example, if your site features a clique about food, another about music, and another about OTPs, you will need to complete a separate submission for each one. This helps ensure that every clique is properly reviewed and listed.

  4. 4.

    No obligation to link back.
Linking back to this site is not required. Our primary objective is to highlight and celebrate these cliques and the creativity of their creators. That said, providing a link can be advantageous: it signals credibility to search engines, enhances the visibility of listed sites, and facilitates the discovery of new cliques across the web. While entirely optional, including a link contributes to a more connected and discoverable community, supporting the broader sharing and promotion of these unique online spaces.

  5. 5.

    Button images must be self-hosted.
If you choose to link to this directory using a button, please host the image on your own server or a third-party image host that permits image hosting. While hotlinking is generally not illegal, it is widely considered poor web etiquette because it uses another site's bandwidth without permission. When an image hosted on our server is hotlinked, it is served directly to visitors of the other site, using our bandwidth and potentially placing unnecessary demands on our server.

  6. 6.

    Directory discretion.
While every effort is made to list eligible cliques, submissions may be declined or removed if they no longer meet these guidelines or if they substantially interfere with the purpose, quality, or usability of the directory. Submissions are also reviewed manually and are typically processed within 1-2 weeks. If your submission is approved, you will receive a confirmation by email. Submissions that are not approved will not receive a response.

By proceeding to the form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to these rules.
